Data Collection and Data Use for Contract Processing and when Opening a Customer Account
We collect personal information where this is voluntarily provided by you as part of your order, when you contact us directly (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), or when you open a customer account. The data collected is apparent from the respective input forms. We use the data that you have provided for processing contracts and handling your requests. Once the contract has been completely processed or your customer account has been deleted, the usage of your data will be stopped and it will be deleted on expiry of the fiscal and commercial storage periods, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to the further use of your data where this is legally permitted, in which case we will inform you in detail. You can delete your customer account at any time, either by sending a message to the contact details provided below or by selecting the appropriate option in your customer account.

Data Forwarding for Contract Fulfillment
To ensure the fulfillment of the contract we shall forward your data to the shipping company engaged to perform delivery, insofar as this is required for the delivery of the merchandise ordered. For the processing of payments, we shall forward the required payment information to the credit institute instructed with the payment and where necessary, to payment service providers we have commissioned, or to the payment service selected by you when placing your order.

Data Use when Registering for the E-mail Newsletter
If you are registered for our newsletter, we use the data required for this purpose or provided by you separately to send our e-mail newsletter to you on a regular basis. You can register for the newsletter at any time, either by sending a message to the contact details provided below or by clicking the appropriate link in the newsletter.

Use of Cookies
We use so-called "cookies" on certain pages in order to make our website more attractive to visitors and to enable the use of certain functions. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your terminal. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of your browser session, i.e. once you close your browser ("session cookies"). Other cookies remain on your terminal and enable us to recognize your browser when you visit us again ("permanent cookies"). You may also set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie and then decide to accept cookies on a case-by-case basis, to accept cookies in specific cases, or to exclude all cookies. If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Use of Google Analytics for Web Analysis
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will usually be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. IP anonymization is activated on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage for website operators. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be associated with other data collected by Google. You can prevent cookies being stored on your terminal using the corresponding setting in your browser software. Please note, however, that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of information generated by cookies and relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, simply by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
As an alternative to the browser add-on, you can click <a href="" javascript:gaOptout()"">this link</a> to prevent future data collection by Google Analytics on this website. This means an "opt-out cookie" is placed on your terminal. If you delete your cookies, you will need to click on this link again.

Use of Social Plugins from Facebook using the "2-Click Solution"
Our website uses what are called social plugins ("plugins") from the social network Facebook. This service is offered by the company Facebook Inc. ("provider").

Facebook is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). For an overview of the plugins provided by Facebook and their appearance, please visit: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/

In order to increase the protection of your data when you visit our website, these plugins are integrated into the page using the so-called "2-click solution". Integrating them in this way ensures that when a page of our website containing such plugins is accessed, no immediate connection is established with the Facebook servers. Your browser only establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers if you activate the plugins and thereby indicate your consent for data transmission. The content of the relevant plugin is transmitted directly to your browser and is then integrated into the web page. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding pages of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or you are not logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, for example clicking the "Like" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. This information is also published by Facebook and shown to your Facebook contacts.

For information on the purpose and extent of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well your rights in this regard and settings for the protection of your personal privacy, please refer to the Facebook data protection information: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php
